Brittany Ann Tranbaugh to Open Final-Thursday Concert Series

Brittany Ann Tranbaugh, 2021 winner of the John Lennon Songwriting Contest, will open Hansberry Garden & Nature Center’s 2025 Summer Concert Series on May 29 at 6 p.m. with a performance in the garden’s Dr. Edward Chun Amphitheater. The address is 5150 Wayne Avenue, but please note that the entrance is on Hansberry Street. In case of rain, the location will be Attic Brewing Company.

About Brittany Ann Tranbaugh

Brittany Ann Tranbaugh (pronounced TRAN-baw) is a Philadelphia-based songwriter whose queer Americana heartbreaker “Kiss You” won Song of the Year in the 2021 John Lennon Songwriting Contest. A favorite at the Philadelphia Folk Festival and WXPN’s World Cafe Live, she tours from the redwood forest to the Gulf Stream waters. About the 2025 Summer Concert Series

A series of five diverse shows, our concert series will happen on the final Thursday of each month from 6 to 7 p.m. Admission is on a pay-what-you-wish basis. Tickets will be available here at www.hansberrygarden.org about a month before each show.
